Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GBO ZONE app issues:

Force Stop the GBO ZONE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GBO ZONE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GBO ZONE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GBO ZONE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GBO ZONE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GBO ZONE.
