Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Enuu app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Enuu app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Enuu app on iPhone
Update Enuu app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Enuu iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Enuu on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Enuu network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Enuu not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Enuu app issues:

Force Stop the Enuu App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Enuu app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Enuu to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Enuu App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Enuu app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Enuu.

Fix Enuu unable to contact server/ Enuu internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Enuu » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Enuu » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Enuu on android.
