How to fix BaccUp app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the BaccUp app on iPhone
Update BaccUp app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall BaccUp iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix BaccUp on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve BaccUp network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix BaccUp not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent BaccUp app issues:

Force Stop the BaccUp App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click BaccUp app. » click "Force Stop".

Update BaccUp to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear BaccUp App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "BaccUp app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch BaccUp.

Fix BaccUp unable to contact server/ BaccUp internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click BaccUp » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got BaccUp » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch BaccUp on android.
