Close and restart the Oline app on iPhone
Update Oline app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Oline iPhone app

To resolve Oline network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Oline app issues:

Force Stop the Oline App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Oline app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Oline to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Oline App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Oline app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Oline.

Fix Oline unable to contact server/ Oline internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Oline » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Oline » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Oline on android.
