AjMall - Online Shopping Store Reviews

Personally, i have only order 3 times from this app shopping app; once cash on delivery and twice by card; all 3 times went perfectly fine. AjMall is very easy to use, no complications, the discount codes actually work (unlike other apps), i get reminded of my order's shipment and the delivery system had no issues.I appreciate the service and will definitely be ordering through here again.

بضاعة سيئة الجودة و وتأخير في التسليم لمدة وصلت الى ١٨ يوم
وبعد وصول الطلب متاخراً وصل ناقص وليس بالشكل المطلوب او المتوقع ناهيك عن عدم احترافية مندوب التوصيل اسوء موقع من الممكن ان تتعامل معه حتى عند محاولة حل المشكلة قالو لي بنسترجع المبلغ في حسابك في التطبيق وليس في الحساب البنكي وتم استرجاع فقط ١٠ ريالات نصيحتي للكل لا احد يشتري او يفكر يتعامل معاهم

less product quality and it’s take to mush time to reserve your order it’s take around 18 day and after I receive my order it wasn’t that quality I expect and not all the order I receive there is one shoes missing it’s cost around
50 SAR I committed with technical support wish the worst service I have ever seen the tell me the price will return into you account but they return it into the E-wallet only 10 SAR they return and the company for deliver the order they were not professional, my advise for every one is don’t try to buy from this company 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻.

I love this shopping app! You can get like everything very cheap, some are even for free!I recommend AjMall for people who are skint (out of money).Although AjMall is not good for unpatient or quick people who can't wait for stuff, because they take forever to bring our orders to us!

Beware. Never buy from them. They are very low quality with ZERO customer service. I boughtfrom them three months ago, when the clothes arrived they were ALL cheap fake clothes. I contacted them immediately through AjMall . They initiated the return application. Then they told me to wait for further instructions to return the clothes. I’ve been waiting for more than two months, but no reply. I sent them several emails but no reply. This is a robbers’ business. Don’t ever think that you will be getting what you paid for. You are in for a BIG SURPRISE. Beware!!!!

AjMall is absolutely amazing, you can find anything you want. Even big brands like nike, Adidas, and so much more at a reasonable price or at a ridiculously low price! AjMall is so worth it. It's like they've rigged the system or something on prices and still somehow make money! Thank you for AjMall!!

I'm in love with this app, I ordered from them and everything is perfect, what is good about it is that the quality of items are very good, you need to read the description of items to get the perfect match to your needs, keep it up this app.

Great app for purchase of wide variety of fast fashion products. Ideal, if you do not need the purchased item immediately, because it take 1-3 weeks to arrive(depending on your location). Recommended for the great diversity of products and value of money offered.

My Overall experience so far with this app is super fantabulous. i love the products, its specifications provided, delivery tracking and best recommendation. I have hardly felt disappointed. the product photography is appreciable. clarity is very high. love AjMall .

It was so bad even though it's cheap, it wasn't worth a single cent. There was review and comment about the things that i want to buy it was FAKE because I tried to write a review but I couldn't write anything because there was no review and you cant review at the first place, I bought a cross bag the picture was showing me that the bag was cloth, but what i got it's a PLASTIC and verrrrry small bag even the kids wouldn't want to wear it, and it wasn't cheap
I really hated everything I ordered and I deleted AjMall immediately.

I dont usually write reviews but i had to for this one.I canceled my order, the didnt let me, they said they would bring it on time and now its been 2 months, they keep contacting me with different numbers (so unprofessional) and telling me to send the address again, i tell them i dont want the order anymore and they keep contacting me with different number. DONT EVER ORDER FROM THIS S@IT, u dont even deserve a one star u deserve 0! WORST ONLINE STORE EVER!

Dears, simply ignore any other reviews they may be fake, I have purchased from this awful application the products are very bad extremely bad. They are not honest and trying to just sell, the sewing is toned for a t-shirt never try this application.
لا تشترو من هذا التطبيق السئ جداً تجربة في منتهى السوء نصيحة لا تستمعو للناس اللي تقول أنه كويس ممكن يكونو مشتروش أو مشترين كلامهم عشان التقيم. البضاعة سيئة الجودة بأبعد الحدود والخياطة كانت خربانة لأحد التي شيرتات ببساطة حافظ على فلوسك

This is absolutely rubbish
1. If you mistakenly ordered something and cancelled ... they will keep your money in their app to force you to buy with the same amount or you won’t be able to get them back to your bank account.
2. What you see in pictures might not always be the same as what you receive.

3. No exchange policy only return and it’s on you.

4. Even if you received a damaged item .. you will pay for returning it.

And all that happened with my one and only order
I’m deleting AjMall
I’m letting everyone I know to do as well

You got no respect for your clients
