How to fix KCloud app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KCloud app on iPhone
Update KCloud app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KCloud iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KCloud on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KCloud network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent KCloud app issues:

Force Stop the KCloud App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click KCloud app. » click "Force Stop".

Update KCloud to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KCloud App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "KCloud app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch KCloud.

Fix KCloud unable to contact server/ KCloud internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click KCloud » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got KCloud » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KCloud on android.
