Follett routinely (annually) runs on a big-business schedule that has nothing to do with schools. When my students can’t login to your app and we have just started lit circles, it proves you are not taking care of your customers. Something has to change. I have voiced my concerns to the people I have access to, so I will also voice my concern here. I am worried that you all don’t concern yourselves with serving teachers and students. I’m concerned you don’t prioritize the public dollar. It’s so disappointing. The library management software is great. Perhaps if you made an investment to get your user based software up to speed with the times, then you could create a whole new need in the world of education.

I use this all the time to read my checked out books, it is a bit annoying you have to checkout online, but there is an app for everything. I do recommend DestinyRead, but not for devices below iOS 11. I also don't recommend for iPad because you have to use portrait mode a lot. Also the text glitches on the iPad version and you have to swipe DestinyRead out to fix it. Overall, I would recommend to anyone using iOS 11 or up with an iPhone. Thanks!

Horrible! So first I get a e-book, but I accidentally return it because there is no confirm button and The return button looks nothing like it should it just says due on...

So then I return it and log out. But when I tried to log back in, I enter the same school and information, and it DOESN’T WORK!!!!!!!!!!

I love DestinyRead! It does get pretty frustrating though when it keeps making you log in! But overall, I love DestinyRead!!! I love making my book collections!!!

DestinyRead should let users search for and check out books. It only lets you read books that are already checked out to your account. So you have to go to a browser to do that. Why wouldn't’ they just put all functions in one place?

DestinyRead worked fine until I actually checked out a book through the website, now that I've something in my library I can't even access it offline (or in general). What's the point of even using e books if you can't actually read them. It's a shame so many schools rely on Destiny :-(

Supper confusing interface. I spent 20 minutes trying to figure it out and couldn’t get out of the check out face. It very well could be a user error but for no I want to throw my phone at the wall.

Every time I try to login it says
“ couldn’t process the request,Something went wrong, please try again.”
I tried it like seven or eight times and it still isn’t working

I use DestinyRead for school books and I like it

What’s the point of getting an app if it doesn’t let you in? Maybe it’s my connection or something, but until then, I’m uninstalling.

It’s good, maybe have a bookmark to help save our page but overall it’s great🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳🥳

I can’t check out books. All I see on DestinyRead is a blank screen. Horrible.
