Start Paying Attention
Follett routinely (annually) runs on a big-business schedule that has nothing to do with schools. When my students can’t login to your app and we have just started lit circles, it proves you are not taking care of your customers. Something has to change. I have voiced my concerns to the people I have access to, so I will also voice my concern here. I am worried that you all don’t concern yourselves with serving teachers and students. I’m concerned you don’t prioritize the public dollar. It’s so disappointing. The library management software is great. Perhaps if you made an investment to get your user based software up to speed with the times, then you could create a whole new need in the world of education.

Horrible! So first I get a e-book, but I accidentally return it because there is no confirm button and The return button looks nothing like it should it just says due on... So then I return it and log out. But when I tried to log back in, I enter the same school and information, and it DOESN’T WORK!!!!!!!!!! It be so much if it didn’t lock me out

This app should let users search for and check out books. It only lets you read books that are already checked out to your account. So you have to go to a browser to do that. Why wouldn't’ they just put all functions in one place?
