How to fix eView app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the eView app on iPhone
Update eView app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall eView iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix eView on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve eView network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent eView app issues:

Force Stop the eView App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click eView app. » click "Force Stop".

Update eView to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear eView App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "eView app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch eView.

Fix eView unable to contact server/ eView internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click eView » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got eView » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch eView on android.
