Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Notchless app issues:

Force Stop the Notchless App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Notchless app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Notchless to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Notchless App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Notchless app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Notchless.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Notchless » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Notchless » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)

Notchless is used to create a custom wallpaper to hide the "notch" by masking it with a black bar on the top of the menu bar. this app is the quickest and cheapest way to hide the protruding "notch" on the iPhone X. this app can be used on all iPhone devices along with the iPhone X. Please note: this app does not remove the notch for all apps but simply the home and lock screen using a custom wallpaper Notchless makes. 2.
