How to fix ARCHIBUS app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ARCHIBUS app on iPhone
Update ARCHIBUS app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ARCHIBUS iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ARCHIBUS on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ARCHIBUS network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ARCHIBUS Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ARCHIBUS not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ARCHIBUS App
1. On android, goto Settings » ARCHIBUS » click [Force Stop]

Update ARCHIBUS to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ARCHIBUS App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ARCHIBUS » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ARCHIBUS.

Fix ARCHIBUS unable to contact server/ ARCHIBUS internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ARCHIBUS » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ARCHIBUS » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
