Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever GitHawk app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix GitHawk app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GitHawk app on iPhone
Update GitHawk app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GitHawk iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GitHawk on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GitHawk network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

GitHawk Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix GitHawk not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GitHawk app issues:

Force Stop the GitHawk App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GitHawk app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GitHawk to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GitHawk App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GitHawk app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GitHawk.

Fix GitHawk unable to contact server/ GitHawk internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GitHawk » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GitHawk » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GitHawk on android.
