Close and restart the HomePlus app on iPhone
Update HomePlus app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HomePlus iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix HomePlus on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve HomePlus network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HomePlus app issues:

Force Stop the HomePlus App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HomePlus app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HomePlus to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HomePlus App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HomePlus app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HomePlus.

Fix HomePlus unable to contact server/ HomePlus internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HomePlus » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HomePlus » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HomePlus on android.
