How to fix SonusVue app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the SonusVue app on iPhone
Update SonusVue app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall SonusVue iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix SonusVue on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve SonusVue network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent SonusVue app issues:

Force Stop the SonusVue App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click SonusVue app. » click "Force Stop".

Update SonusVue to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear SonusVue App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "SonusVue app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch SonusVue.

Fix SonusVue unable to contact server/ SonusVue internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click SonusVue » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got SonusVue » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch SonusVue on android.

About this app

The spectrum can be displayed in logarithmic scale (dB), with user specified number number of points of FFT (resolution), interpolation factor, integrated or differentiated and with various windowing functions. Real time frequency/spectrum analyzer allows you to record and play back the recordings while observing time signal and frequency spectrum in real time. User configurable spectrum averaging is available. The sampling frequency can be adjusted by the user. The recorded files can be deleted, if desired, from SonusVue . It starts at 200Hz and goes up to 44. 1kHz. SonusVue requires login information from IRISS Inc.
