Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever DuoPod app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix DuoPod app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DuoPod app on iPhone
Update DuoPod app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DuoPod iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DuoPod on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DuoPod network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix DuoPod not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DuoPod app issues:

Force Stop the DuoPod App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DuoPod app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DuoPod to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DuoPod App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DuoPod app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DuoPod.

Fix DuoPod unable to contact server/ DuoPod internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DuoPod » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DuoPod » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DuoPod on android.
