App Crashes

Every time I try to buy a ticket the app crashes. I've emailed the development team and was told two weeks ago they would "get back to me". Clearly nothing is being done about their shoddy app. Don't bother. Invest in a roll of quarters. Every single update this app has just makes the app crash every time I open up the title screen.

App deleted my ticket

I already had an active 24 hr ticket on the older version and it deleted it when I updated. $3.75 down the drain. I feel sorry for those who had a monthly loaded. And yes, I tried logging in with my old info, it didn't remember any of it. (Oh, also, there's now a $.50 convenience fee.)

Recent iOS update and now app will not open

Updated my phone to the most recent iOS over the weekend and now the app will not open. I still have over two weeks left on my current monthly express fare and can’t access the app.
