Force Stop the MyLovePics App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click MyLovePics app. » click "Force Stop".

Update MyLovePics to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MyLovePics App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "MyLovePics app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch MyLovePics.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click MyLovePics » "Force Stop".

Again, got MyLovePics » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
