I am using iOS 14 on iPhone XR.
Sometimes I get about 5 seconds worth of flashing notifications. It eventually stops itself but there really should be a loading icon instead of repeatedly flashing notifications. But ScreenShotWebpageSnapshoot does work for what it does. It just could be much better.

ScreenShotWebpageSnapshoot does a great job of making a long jpeg image of a long web page. I think you may have to manually scroll through the page in the ScreenShot’s internal browser for it to recognize the full extent of the web page, but once you do that and click “Save,” ScreenShotWebpageSnapshoot creates a seamless long jpeg image of the web page in your Photos albums. I’ve tried other apps that attempt to do this, and with them the jpeg image is disconnected. With ScreenShot the image is seamless. Well done!
