Not at terrible app. Although i think PuffyApp would do a lot better if they made it seem like less of a dating app and more about meeting up with other users in a more casual way. This kinda just feels like a bad weed tinder with not enough options. Make it more like Instagram or even Snapchat as this current configuration is a deterrent to those just looking to connect with new people with a similar interest. You are missing a huge part of the market by advertising enough at dispensary’s, clinics, etc. Needs more users and a quicker interface cause most people just looking for new friends to share a sesh with real quick. I’m hanging in but PuffyApp needs some serious marketing.. .

update as of February 12th 2020: PuffyApp no longer seems to work or be supported anymore. Logging in only shows technical issues screen and has been like this for over a month. It seems like the team behind puffy has walked away from PuffyApp and failed to announce it. PuffyApp is no longer usable.

What can I say? After being so loyal to PuffyApp, and they just did everyone dirty. I had so many friends, so many requests and messages. I can keep naming it all. But to warn everyone, please do not download this update or you’ll lose the following:
1. Notifications (after I updated, I have a red notification that I received a message or puffed, but I can’t even tell which one it is because the new update does not provide it)
2. You will lose your shared images, messages and friends. (The new one is poorly designed, it looks very cheap and you can’t find anything on it. They delete your messages!!!)
3. Your account will be deleted. I had to create a new account and now I can’t delete it because they took a step back on this update. No option to delete your account. (It crashes on me when I open the camera)
4. No report page, you can’t report what’s missing. They pretty much went back to MySpace days with this update.
5. You’ll lose your events and you can no longer find more people from different areas on the browser.

In short, it was fun while it lasted. Puffy for sure lost me as a loyal user. Especially it’s so hard to find mature guys here in Texas who smoke. I’m still clueless to why they changed it. The last version was so much easier. But RIP Rest in Puffy.

After the new update I lost all of my puffers, all of my messages are gone, and I keep getting notified that I’ve been puffed but can’t see any puffers! Also for some reason you’re only showing my puffers from one city at a time and they’re nowhere near the mile range I set. Also I can’t see anyone’s pictures anymore! That was the coolest thing, being able to see a feed of ALL puffers all over the nation. It’s like you took away everything that made PuffyApp enjoyable and left only flaws. I can’t see likes, I can’t see anyone other than people in whatever random city you choose for that day, and there isn’t even anything left to make me want to use PuffyApp considering you for some reason deleted all of my messages and puffers I already had.

Many of the “puffers” on PuffyApp are people tryna sell their products or promoters. In this era of legal weed and special designated apps like weedmaps and leafly can we stop this street ish. No point to speaking to street dealers in this review but PuffyApp people can you please control the profiles and let only genuine people on there especially that it clearly tells you in terms that no soliciting is allowed otherwise it just takes away the wholepurpose of PuffyApp , i rather use weedmaps in this case

Fun idea so far, but everything seems really limited. Other apps offer lists of interests you can display on your profile, which really helps one to get a feel for who they’re swiping on. Puffy limits it to a total of five icons. Furthermore, you have such a small character limit for you bio, hardly enough room for a complete sentence. I also find PuffyApp to be visually lacking. It works in that you can meet some fun people but it seems to me there’s room for improvement.

I love the new updated look and feel of PuffyApp ! It’s a lot cleaner and easier to get around! Love getting to “puff” potential new friends wherever I’m at, whether it’s at home or if I’m traveling. It’s hard to meet people nowadays, especially chill ones that like to smoke! PuffyApp avoids any awkwardness! Keep it up Puffy!

The new update looks a lot cleaner than the old one. I’ve notice they are actively updating the new build to fix issues or add features which just tells me the developers are hard at work rearranging things so it runs flawlessly. Good job puffy! Keep it going

I get the concept and it awesome for 420 friendly people who just want to connect. However you got flaws my “interest selected” aren’t showing on the viewing profile awkward when I tell someone I’m not into games and it’s on my interest. Only upload photos??? I can’t post a post? I can’t leave a comment ☹️ it’s a cold idea app I know it’s new. Let’s just simply figure what we can do better, what we can do to improve PuffyApp . 🙂 k thanks

Really disappointed with the new layout. It was so much better before. I actually enjoyed using PuffyApp prior to the new design, but with what they have now, it’s not fun anymore (why change something that is NOT broken?). Such a shame too.

Thats not my biggest gripe with PuffyApp. What I didn’t like was that I lost all my messages. Like, how does that even happen? I’ve never seen an app do an update and completely lose everything. That move alone lost my trust with PuffyApp.

Comparing to the leading social apps meant to meet people. This is like a grade D and bumble is an A. Matching with the same people. Hitting pass just to have the same person puff on you 4 more times. Everything lags, and nothing works as it should. The interest shouldn’t be icons and more so just not exist they’re so basic and general that everyone I know admits to ignoring them and focusing on their profile image more. 1 in 8 people don’t even upload photos: would love a more simplified application of this.

App was working fine but then I wouldn’t really let me do anything on it so I deleted it and downloaded it again. But now it won’t let me sign in. I have reset my password three times, but still cannot login to my account. I seem to be locked out or something. On top of that I can’t seem to get in touch with any customer service.

Like most social media and dating apps its how you use them. I met a lot of interesting people and never in a million years would I think I would meet them through an APP. It's different and a fun way to meet people. Stay lit!
