• Once you’ve signed in, click on an available care coordinator to start your visit.

• The care coordinator will check you in and ask some questions about your injury or illness.
• Using your email address, sign up for a Concentra Telemed account.
Before you start, make sure you have Wi-Fi or a strong signal.
• When they're done checking you in, you'll be connected with a clinician for treatment.

Not much can be said other than awesome! This is definitely an amazing way to be seen and just all the pros that come from this. And yes, I’m sure there will be some cons... but either way, I’m very impressed.
