Watermark conversion is too scraggly

I had an earlier version and it was wonderful. I need to create images and get online fast and with copyright protection. It was great. The new version can't accurately read a jpg. The result looks like a horror movie font. Worse yet there appears to be no way to reach customer service. I’m removing and looking elsewhere.

Why does this app need location services? I’m deleting it because of that requirement. Cannot turn it off. Even selecting never allow does not stop the app from requesting access to gps info.

Could use the app, it doesn't work. It crashes when trying to use it. I got to upload a photo but doesn't let me create a watermark.
