How to fix GooMaps app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the GooMaps app on iPhone
Update GooMaps app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall GooMaps iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix GooMaps on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve GooMaps network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix GooMaps not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent GooMaps app issues:

Force Stop the GooMaps App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click GooMaps app. » click "Force Stop".

Update GooMaps to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear GooMaps App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "GooMaps app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch GooMaps.

Fix GooMaps unable to contact server/ GooMaps internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click GooMaps » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got GooMaps » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch GooMaps on android.
