How to fix Weave app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Weave app on iPhone
Update Weave app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Weave iPhone app

To resolve Weave network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Fix Weave not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Weave app issues:

Force Stop the Weave App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Weave app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Weave to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Weave App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Weave app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Weave.

Fix Weave unable to contact server/ Weave internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Weave » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Weave » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Weave on android.
