How to fix Brick app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Brick app on iPhone
Update Brick app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Brick iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Brick on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Brick network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Brick not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Brick app issues:

Force Stop the Brick App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Brick app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Brick to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Brick App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Brick app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Brick.

Fix Brick unable to contact server/ Brick internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Brick » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Brick » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Brick on android.
