Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever eVision app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix eVision app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the eVision app on iPhone
Update eVision app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall eVision iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix eVision on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve eVision network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix eVision not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent eVision app issues:

Force Stop the eVision App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click eVision app. » click "Force Stop".

Update eVision to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear eVision App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "eVision app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch eVision.

Fix eVision unable to contact server/ eVision internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click eVision » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got eVision » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch eVision on android.
