To resolve E-burn network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".

Fix E-burn not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent E-burn app issues:

Force Stop the E-burn App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click E-burn app. » click "Force Stop".

Update E-burn to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear E-burn App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "E-burn app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch E-burn.

Fix E-burn unable to contact server/ E-burn internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click E-burn » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got E-burn » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch E-burn on android.
