Close and restart the HES app on iPhone
Update HES app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall HES iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve HES network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent HES app issues:

Force Stop the HES App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click HES app. » click "Force Stop".

Update HES to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear HES App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "HES app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch HES.

Fix HES unable to contact server/ HES internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click HES » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got HES » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch HES on android.
