I found PocketRehab a day ago January 19, 2019 and it is the best addition to my Recovery Maintenance Regimen. I am clean and sober for 39+ years. At the age of 72, I wanted to expand my contact with others in Recovery. This is the best addition I have found! The online technology is organized and people-friendly. I recommend PocketRehab to everyone.

PocketRehab is truly saving my life. I was trapped in my addiction for 12 years and now I’m almost 5 months sober!!! The community I had no idea existed that I could be part of without judgement and the meetings are amazing. They post the times onto the community forum daily so there’s always one open at the times posted! I highly recommend it to anyone struggling.

Super awesome app that has open meetings for all pathways to recovery. They don’t push 12 step and I love that. They welcome everyone and offer a lifeline if you need to talk to someone urgently. The population waxes and wanes, but I’ve been on it for 2 years now and love the community. They’re aways there no matter the time of day. Great people and great app.

I was able to open up like never before, the confidentiality and anonymity made me feel comfortable. I shared things i never thought about telling another living soul. I can't tell you how much of a relief it was to get it off my chest.

I was upset at first that i couldn't upload photos to the chats, but now that ive been using PocketRehab i have realized there are other platforms for that and pocket rehab is for getting help and giving help!
