Follow these steps to resolve intermittent YoCelsi app issues:

Force Stop the YoCelsi App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click YoCelsi app. » click "Force Stop".

Update YoCelsi to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear YoCelsi App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "YoCelsi app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch YoCelsi.

Fix YoCelsi unable to contact server/ YoCelsi internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click YoCelsi » "Force Stop".

Again, got YoCelsi » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
