How to fix Rambam app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Rambam app on iPhone
Update Rambam app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Rambam iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Rambam network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Rambam app issues:

Force Stop the Rambam App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Rambam app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Rambam to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Rambam App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Rambam app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Rambam.

Fix Rambam unable to contact server/ Rambam internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Rambam » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Rambam » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Rambam on android.
