Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Masika app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Masika app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Masika app on iPhone
Update Masika app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Masika iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Masika on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Masika network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix Masika not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Masika app issues:

Force Stop the Masika App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Masika app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Masika to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Masika App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Masika app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Masika.

Fix Masika unable to contact server/ Masika internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Masika » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Masika » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Masika on android.
