Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever DTT app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix DTT app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the DTT app on iPhone
Update DTT app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall DTT iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix DTT on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve DTT network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Turn off your VPN:
1. Goto "Settings" » "General" » "VPN".

Fix DTT not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent DTT app issues:

Force Stop the DTT App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click DTT app. » click "Force Stop".

Update DTT to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear DTT App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "DTT app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch DTT.

Fix DTT unable to contact server/ DTT internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click DTT » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got DTT » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch DTT on android.
