Close and restart the Pin app on iPhone
Update Pin app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pin iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Pin network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Pin app issues:

Force Stop the Pin App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Pin app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Pin to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pin App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Pin app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Pin.

Fix Pin unable to contact server/ Pin internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Pin » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Pin » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Pin on android.
