Here are some helpful workarounds that should work whenever Marline app keeps crashing or doesn't work as expected on your iPhone 14, 13,12,10,8,7,6, SE,XS,XR.

How to fix Marline app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Marline app on iPhone
Update Marline app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Marline iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Marline on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Marline network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Marline not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Marline app issues:

Force Stop the Marline App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Marline app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Marline to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Marline App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Marline app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Marline.

Fix Marline unable to contact server/ Marline internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Marline » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Marline » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Marline on android.
