There is no such thing as a secret menu. Hate to burst your tiktok bubble, but anyone who says “they have a secret menu” is a fool. Ask for any of these items with names that are on par with fan fiction, and the staff will roll their eyes so hard they will see their own brain.
If you don’t want to wind up having spit in your food/drink, order it normally, and know exactly what goes into the drink/food and tell them. Never expect the staff to ever know what the names are.

I‘ve worked at Taco Bell for the past 3 years and I would just like to say that we DO NOT have a secret menu. I’ve looked through the items listed on the app and I can say honestly that if you ask for any of them the staff is gonna look at you like your crazy.

While the App itself works it is the stupidest thing I have seen, basically the secret meanie is for you to order a bunch of items and put them together. So if you are really stoned or like spending way too much money at fast food then I would skip this one.
