Be aware, this is not a free tool. You have to pay for any functions to work. I wouldn’t mind paying, but I do mind being deceived. I recommend that you state this in your advertising or have your customers pay for NASmeister at time of download. It is always best to be transparent with your customers.

All I can say is that the advertising looks pretty.

I just installed NASmeister, and it looks like you can’t actually do anything without paying for the in-app purchases. NASmeister looks nice, but I don’t think it should be listed as free if there is nothing you can do for free. That may just be the way Apple has structured apps, but it seems a bit shady to me.

The description of NASmeister is misleading at best. It does not transfer links directly from Safari or any browser over to NASmeister unless you keep opening up NASmeister after every copy operation. This limitation is not specified in the description. I had emailed NASmeister developer about it and there been no response so far. Waste of my money

It doesn’t provide the amount of bandwidth being used. It’s pretty important. Please add ASAP.

Also when the CPU utilization is high, a button to say why.

When I try to add a torrent file from my iPhone it says failed to add task. Are you not able to add torrent files from your phone to your SynologyDownload Station? Thanks

Once a bad is entered into the system it is there for eternity. There is no way to delete a bad and no way to modify the account information. The only way delete a nas is to delete NASmeister and start over. Bad form

I had an issue where I added the wrong IP Address at first. Sent a note to support asking some questions about NASmeister and literally had a response back within 5 minutes.

NASmeister is really nice and useful but the support is top notch! I’d highly recommend.

Just put together my Synology 1517+. NASmeister is an essential app for monitoring your server remotely, or even locally (it’s faster than logging in). Love it. Wish there were some more features, but overall, it does what it says it’s going to do.

Wao ! NASmeister show your server information in real time and it do beautiful it an eye candy, fast ,easy ,intuitive it reveals temp , task, workloads , login...etc . In a same Application, if you have a server look no more this is NASmeister !!

Took me a while to get my NAS connected to NASmeister . However, I received an immediate email from Luka willing to assist.
We traded a few emails to uncover the problem. Turns out it was user (newbie) error.
Kudos to Luka with the immediate and constant support!

I decided to buy all the features as I like what NASmeister can do and mostly how it looks.

You can get the mostly the same functions on the free Synology apps but they aren’t as easy to use and don’t have a dark mode.

Thanks for developing this I am now in on the synology and this app ecosystem

Beautiful app. Wish it did a better job as telling us precisely what permissions are needed. I have created an admin account for NASmeister but it can’t access the Logs (only the overview of the last 50 work), a layout of the necessary permissions for each feature would be nice.

Have been using this app for about a year. Very useful keeping track of my network Synology drives in one very convenient place. Had a bit of a problem with configuring NASmeister on a new iPhoneX on Christmas Day, emailed support and in about 20 minutes with several back and forth a got it resolved (my fault, too much egg nog) ... incredible!

I’ve had a number of Synology NASes over the years and the one thing I’ve always wanted was a “quick view” of my systems without having to dive into different sections of the OS. This is exactly the type of app I’ve wanted and had no qualms about going premium. I am looking forward to seeing what additional modules will be added in the future - would love to see Storage Manager on here so I could keep an eye on my storage pools or maybe the Storage tab from Info Center, which gives you HDD temps and status. Whatever is in store for future modules, I think it’s going to be great!

The only recommendation I have would be to request NASmeister be iPad native as well. All this info on the big iPad screen would be PERFECT!

I run a few python tasks on my Synology and NASmeister has made running these tasks made a piece of cake.

Suggestion- Widgets for task scheduler and task station.

Needs a couple of touch ups (Fahrenheit vs Centigrade). But even in the first day of using it, it’s been incredibly helpful.
