Follow these steps to resolve intermittent NTU GO! app issues:

Force Stop the NTU GO! App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click NTU GO! app. » click "Force Stop".

Update NTU GO! to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear NTU GO! App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "NTU GO! app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch NTU GO!.

Fix NTU GO! unable to contact server/ NTU GO! internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click NTU GO! » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got NTU GO! » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
