Shame
Kayako is not what they used to be. They are no longer interested in Kayako Classic. They do not release updates for a long time now and and by doing so they think they will force us to use their subscription based service. No way.

No iOS 13 support anymore
What a shame for this company. For years we used Kayako Classic with their app. Since iOS 13 it is not working. And company said that they will not longer support app for classic.
We cancelled all services and moved to Zoho.
