Close and restart the ZEGE app on iPhone
Update ZEGE app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ZEGE iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve ZEGE network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent ZEGE app issues:

Force Stop the ZEGE App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click ZEGE app. » click "Force Stop".

Update ZEGE to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ZEGE App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "ZEGE app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch ZEGE.

Fix ZEGE unable to contact server/ ZEGE internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click ZEGE » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got ZEGE » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ZEGE on android.
