Just installed the Windows 10 app and it did;t open. I tried to manually open the app and it launched a blank window and a taskbar icon but closed within 3 seconds. Tried it 3 times.

when someone calls my TextNow number it doesn't ring and it says you have a missed call when I dial out it doesn't connect it says connecting but never connects completely to the person I'm calling fix it please

On Windows 10 whenever I open the TextNow App it starts to load for a few seconds then it crashes. I have reinstalled it once and it worked for a few hours but now every other single instance it never gets passed 5 seconds before it crashes. This never happened before until the last few months.

I also can not make phone call or receive call via SIM. Works ok via WiFi. Seems there's a carrier provisioning problem with textnow's SIM and textnow agents don't know crap about the problem and insist on /reboot/remove/SIM/reinsert SIM/ etc. etc. etc. and that's NOT the problem.

I downloaded the desktop app for Mac OS. I have OS High Sierra, 10.13. It has never worked. It starts to open, the TextNow menu bar shows, then it crashes.

I get the same message many times now since the last 2 upgrades, never had this happen before last month... When phone rings, I try to pickup and says for app to wait or cancel while call is coming in then a error report is generated which I did send several times to the developpers, I was told to un-install, reboot the Android phone then re-install the app and it still is happening. Textnow app version is: 22.16.2.0 / Sip Client: capi - 22.16.1
