Close and restart the Mixmate app on iPhone
Update Mixmate app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Mixmate iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

To resolve Mixmate network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Mixmate app issues:

Force Stop the Mixmate App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Mixmate app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Mixmate to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Mixmate App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Mixmate app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Mixmate.

Fix Mixmate unable to contact server/ Mixmate internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Mixmate » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Mixmate » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Mixmate on android.
