Since volunteer jobs like Woofing are no more eligible to get the Second Year Visa, it has become more difficult to calculate the 88 days of Regional Work. The Working Holiday Visa (subclass 417) is a temporary visa which allows people between the ages of 18 and 31 to live and work in Australia for up to one year. Being backpackers ourselves, we created this tool to help you calculate your visa days and to maximise your chances to get the Second Year Visa. If you apply for the Second Year Visa in Australia, you must be in Australia when the visa is granted.
