How to fix L-Scan app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the L-Scan app on iPhone
Update L-Scan app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall L-Scan iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix L-Scan on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve L-Scan network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

L-Scan Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix L-Scan not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the L-Scan App
1. On android, goto Settings » L-Scan » click [Force Stop]

Update L-Scan to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear L-Scan App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » L-Scan » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart L-Scan.

Fix L-Scan unable to contact server/ L-Scan internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click L-Scan » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto L-Scan » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch L-Scan
