How to fix ChatOn app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the ChatOn app on iPhone
Update ChatOn app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall ChatOn iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix ChatOn on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve ChatOn network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

ChatOn Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix ChatOn not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the ChatOn App
1. On android, goto Settings » ChatOn » click [Force Stop]

Update ChatOn to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear ChatOn App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » ChatOn » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart ChatOn.

Fix ChatOn unable to contact server/ ChatOn internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click ChatOn » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto ChatOn » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch ChatOn
