This app is trash. Log in MIGHT work for 1 day, then you have to start the entire process over having to create another password. I have been dealing with this problem for months now

When I go to "Send Push" to log in it just says to check my device for the notification that never comes. It worked fine on my S9 but got an S22 recently and I have not been able to log into Workday since. The other option is to enter the security code from the app, which I have no idea what it is.

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Workday app issues:

Force Stop the Workday App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Workday app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Workday to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Workday App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Workday app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Workday.

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Workday » "Force Stop".
