There are SO many different options to choose for meditation from customizing your own, music, binary beats, guided meditations & talks. I've been meditating and/or practicing yoga every day for over 3 and using this app regularly. This app has a nice tracking app and either a silent meditation timer or lots of guided meditation options. I am grateful to be able to see my progress over time and to journal and log my meditations.
