I used to love Authenticator. Simple, convenient. Easy to use. Everything you need right there. And to put it back on my phone after having to reset it only to find out I need to pay?! Such a scam. You want people to use your app? Make it free. Not saying remove the paywall. But limit certain features behind it. Not the whole app. Word of advice to those who want to download Authenticator . Unless your willing to pay for it, which is $20 a month mind you! Go find another app. It’s not worth it in the slightest for what it gives.

Had Authenticator installed on my previous phone with all my passwords. On my new phone I downloaded Authenticator, but it won't even let me set up until I pay for premium. There's no option to continue and not pay, it's either pay them or you can't get past the setup screen. Very odd considering that when I first got Authenticator there were no charges. Looks like I'm going to be forced to pay for premium or else I won't be able to access any of my codes.

Your app used to work it used to be great. I have been locked out of my account since March until I was able to fix the old phone, there is no contingency whatsoever to get back into any of these accounts if your phone is damaged. So today I download your app but this time I had to pay a toll and it still doesn’t work. It seems that all of these days and changes you’ve made have made Authenticator so complicated it is not usable. I would like a refund please.

I had Authenticator before when I was doing crypto heavy and it was free. As it should be just to authenticate me in my apps. Just redownloaded it and can’t do anything without agreeing to paying monthly! It is no way worth a monthly fee! Straight highway robbery. Look for alternate or free this app apps unless you HAVE use some feature on here daily for trades or crypto

Would like my money back

They clearly made the logo of Authenticator to look extremely similar to the old Google this app App logo which Google no longer uses. Google now has an other logo on their Google this app. I recommend staying away from this one since the real Google one is free.

It doesn’t have an option to change the password which that in itself is a security flaw.

Authenticator made me pay after I cancelled and uninstalled Authenticator . Authenticator is terrible, I don’t even know why it needs a subscription. Authenticator should be off all AppStores it is on because of how horrific it is. Don’t buy Authenticator it is one of the most disgusting scams ever.

The easiest to use of the apps I've ever downloaded

Cannot setup second account . Got first account in fine but for some reason second account will not take.

Literally can’t do anything without a subscription. At least let people make one account. Or do whatever just a couple times

I’m wondering when did it get to this point? I had been using Authenticator for almost 2 years. It was free for years. I just recently got a new phone now I have to pay?? Yeah nah. I’ll be deleting it.

Authenticator’s icon and style tries to mimic your free this app so you download it and then they try to charge you a fee. Use Google this app or Microsoft this app instead. Those a free, and fully functional.

When I downloaded it it said you have to buy premium you can’t Evan do anything when you buy Authenticator you have to buy premium it’s stupid

Way too difficult to use

Codes that appear after scanning were incorrect unable to authenticate

It’s so confusing and I can’t even find a help or email address to get a refund.

To Expensive Complicated to use
3day trial is really a 2 day trial - because you have to stop trial a day before trial is up.

Trash I can’t log in without paying $20 even though I already had Authenticator before

I tried to log in and created a new master password and found it’s easy to set up and comfortable

Terrible app, I had this when it was free and I used it for my crypto. I changed phones and deleted everything. I can’t log in to my Coinbase account. I paid for the pro version and it’s the same

How can I even cancel this subscription? I haven’t even used it but I see no way to cancel. That doesn’t seem like something a legit company does.

The makers of Authenticator should be ashamed of their mothers because their mothers have them and they make Authenticator. These makers are precisely why we need Roe v. Wade back.
