T Stands For Terrible

Had a 24 month agreement with this app-mobile. It was a nightmare! Beginning with them losing my 4 trade ins, sending them to two different states. I had to prove that they existed and it took them a week or so to track them down. My family had numerous issues with their devices and I several business calls and texts dropped lost or just never came through to me. I got tired of calling their customer service for issues because, for one, most of them are foreigners and I couldn’this app understand them and they had a hard time understanding my issues, so the language barrier is a huge negative. Finally, when my 24 month sentence was served they tried to charge me an extra 3 months for my devices, when I called them on it, they agreed with me, confirmed I was correct, and told me they corrected the issue. I paid my final bill and went back to Verizon where I receive superb service and reception. Two weeks later I get a bill from this app-Mobile saying I owe another month on my devices. Needless to say my final phone call to them wasn’this app pleasant, nor did they bother to correct the issue. Again some foreign rep had an issue understanding my explanation. I was on the phone for 41 minutes and the last 15 I was on hold, so I hung up. this app-Mobile is the worst carrier I’ve experienced and I’ve had Sprint as well. I put this out there so I can save someone the misery my family and I went through. DO NOT GIVE YOUR MONEY TO this app-MOBILE.


Problems with service on my tablet all the time since switching from Sprint to T-Mobile

this app-Mobile I believe is limiting my use of Netflix on my tablet and charging me for unlimited use so I can’this app use it for what I bought it for. First of all they gave me the tablet with unlimited data on Sprint and Netflix worked fine. Then I switched to this app-Mobile with limited data and they charged me pretty much full price for that tablet because I switched even though this app-Mobile and Sprint are the same company I believe. How can 5G work so much worse with the same tablet? Then I switched from limited to unlimited data on this app-Mobile and requested an exchange on the tablet because it wasn’this app working well. Then the tablet came in but strangely my original tablet got Netflix fine when the unlimited started so I did not exchange it for the refurbished one. But after a few days of course my tablet stopped getting Netflix and I’m paying for unlimited but not getting service to use either google or Netflix. Went back in to this app mobile a few days ago. Of course the safe mode whatever that is went off and the tech updated all the apps and Netflix and google were fine. Now I went back in safe mode whatever that is was turned on again and I can’this app get Netflix or google which is why I even got the tablet. What am I paying for? A useless tablet ever since I switched from Sprint to this app mobile. I was very happy with Sprint.


Love it!

I was with AT&this app for over 15 years. Had the bundle, cell phones, wifi, Direct Tv... for all three I paid over $500 a month. Called to see if they would upgrade our phones, which they offered for new business not existing. Long story short, they said no so I pulled all three services. Went to Verizon which was really good...but I paid through the nose. Daughter wanted to go to AT&this app for rebates on new phones... switched to AT&this app got new phones, but everything was wrong.. rebates were next to impossible to get. Got so angry because I swore I would never use them again. Their customer service is non existent. Waited until 90 days passed and switched to this app-Mobile... praise the Lord! They are great! Used the bring your own phone and get $600 offer. Every time I call them an actual person answers the phone. At AT&this app if you are lucky enough to get someone to answer, they just bounce you from person to person. Verizon is pretty much the same. I LOVE this app-Mobile.


Very disappointed

Although I like this app Mobile branding and their supposed ethos, and I think they are forward thinking with the eSIM app etc, I am an investor and am very disappointed with their customer support and treatment of me. They advertise “no robots, real people,” but so many times I have been left on a prerecorded loop, is that much better than a robot? T here has never worked even once for me. I have to get on a desktop to do anything, because the mobile web app isn’this app very functional either. The 24/7 chat support doesn’this app live up to expectations, Verizon is infinitely better. Finally they advertise that you get a local “team of experts,” committed to serving your needs and that they will “even show you a photo.” Well, after some security concerns in Mt Holly, NC, this app-Mobile I did request a photo to put faces to names and they refused. I am pretty sure my SIM card has been compromised by this app-Mobile employees themselves. So disappointing because I do like their plan options and they have very good service. It could’ve been a good fit in the long run but they never allowed the relationship to flourish. I strongly advise against using eSIM for this app-Mobile. Considering the fact they are owned by a foreign entity, not that I mind Telekom Deutsche having my data anymore than Google or Verizon, but they have different standards and laws and I don’this app know to what extent they adhere to ours

Sorry to say that but T is a joke , tmobile make millions of dollars from people but they cant contract o good developer to fix all this mess , even to make a simple payment is a pain , i cant pay from website because the pages trow tons of erros , and a simple look on the address bar show many mess on their side to tri to fix, no way to pay on website , T keep show we are improve bla bla bla and show a link to go on website that don's work , even the *233 now make you to waiting from a attendant to make a payment , where is the automatic attendant robot? that was simple and fast , like call the robot get in confirm payment digite a card or use that on on file and done , bring that back!
I dont want to speak whit a representative every time i want to make a payment .
App forget that you guys don'this app know how to make one , contract a good developer buzines for that.

The worst service and worst app

I had the misfortune to work in an area that only was serviced by this app-Mobile and Verizon. Verizon is, or at the time, was very pricey and this app-Mobile was more affordable. But since then, the prices have gone up. T is deliberately difficult to comprehend. Obviously they took all the knowledge of manufacturing user friendly sites and purposefully sought the opposite at every turn. T hasn’this app improved in over 6 years. At all. Customer service, when you have hours to wait, are very polite. But they know nothing. I always ask, for what I have, and what I need (and I am patiently clear with them regarding my exact needs because they are so polite) am I getting the best price from this app-Mobile. They are honest and always say they really don’this app know. I’m no fan of any major cellular service. And don’this app get me started on how idiotic this app-Mobile Tuesdays are. I’m not a teenager so I dont have the time to save a few cents on something I never need in 48 hours or less. But I do need cellular service for an iPad Pro and maybe my Apple Watch. I’d kill digits since I need my phone nearby for the better watch apps anyway. But no one at this app-Mobile knows. Anything. Again, kudos for polite staffers, but I was born already too mature for your useless app.


Tmobile kidnapped my cellphone

Continuarion: It’s been more than 20 days and Tmobile still not able to unlock my cellphone, after waiting for another 72 hours they keep telling me is unlocked and I just have to master reset it and put the new sim, I just did and didn’this app work! Now I can’this app use my own cellphone that’s already paid and wasn’this app even bought at Tmobile!

I purchased my iPhone at apple where all their phone are unlocked and this app-Mobile locked it, Currently I’ve been stationed in Alaska where this app-Mobile doesn’this app provide service and when I tried to use another provider’s SIM card, it doesn’this app work. In the past 50 hours I’ve spent about 6 hours on the phone with your customer support and they still haven’this app solved the issue. Now I’ve been told I have to wait another 24 hours after the 48 hours I JUST WAITED to get my phone unlocked and the supervisor I was talking hanged up the phone! It is unacceptable that I cannot use my own property because you decided to block it without my permission, I didn’this app bought this cellphone from you and on top of that it’s already paid, I’ve been a customer for more than 4 years but I’m going to cancel the other 3 lines I have with you if this is not solved in the next 24 hours like I was told


Works well

Updated-I have revised my review to five stars. Apparently all three of the numbers on my family account were linked together, which causes a problem with this new app. If you have a family plan make sure the numbers are unlinked and you will be able to see all of the numbers on your family plan in T and manage them as you would expect.

The updated this app-mobile app Is visually appealing, but functionally worthless. The problems began when it misidentified which account I am using-I am the primary account holder but it recognized my phone as another phone on my family account, and refused to allow me to view or make changes to my account. T update notes state that this app-Mobile is listening, so if that is truly the case, please fix T and make it more like the old app-which was actually very useful if a little dull in the style department. At this point in time T is completely worthless and I might as well use the website.


Near Perfect app and perfect service

I used to be with AT&this app prepaid, but that meant that there was no phone payments, benefits, or anything. Wi-Fi calling didn’this app even exist. It was about $45 a month, so I’m paying more right now for service, however that comes with Wi-Fi calling, unlimited data up to 50 (FIFTY) GBs unlike their 22 GB speed cap, hotspot, and more. And it’s $90 a month, which includes my iPhone XS payment since they had a trade in deal for my old 7. The service is just as good as AT&this app was in my area, and in some places better, our area has this app-Mobile’s new “5G” network (I know, it’s not 5G technically) while AT&this app’s 5G-E network is not here yet, and phone call quality is light years ahead. I mean, I called my Fiancé (Who I also converted lol) and she picked up immediately, it didn’this app even have time to ring. That’s amazing!

T is also amazing, but the only gripe I have is that sometimes the bill doesn’this app like to load. But it always does after a refresh or two. I love this app-Mobile!


Service is friendly enough

But market leads the the way providing nothing really real in real time I get very poor signal we’re I live there upgrading for marketing,, odd that I down loaded a measuring signal reception to see what service provides the best signal in my area and this app mobile was rated the best, I have disconnected service at times rarely get the internet on my phone , there signal booster works some what, guess will check into getting a outdoor antenna signal booster, but need to do more research or eventually maybe go to a different carrier, research the price, et. I use to have cricket service never had difficulty, but wanted more down load speed and the accessory app said this app mobile was better so who or what can I believe, customer service is friendly but I got miss leading information which put me into a bind and still not resolved since of October of last year and it is ongoing I say where is my new signal booster as I was to get it in December, but as said I assume I could get a yagi outdoor signal booster probably be better then the this app mobile signal booster how do I find out, then it reference to getting a free one or paying for one,,,WOW... so I got various miss leading information then how do I qualify the truth


Tmobile business is the business!!

WOW! I can’this app believe I can actually be wowed by any company now days it feels as though everywhere I go customer service has died and people out there working in the world are just showing up to their jobs for the money without the customer in mind whatsoever until I had the chance to speak with this app-Mobile business customer service skills and personal touch! I am sooooo excited to be a part of this network, not only do I get real-time amazing people that are caring & knowledgeable which is just a cherry on top! I also get amazing international service and rates!! That alone made me switch back into this app-Mobile! I was soooo devestated for switching out of it for a better phone deal -so I thought- but this app-Mobile stood way beyond and over all my expectations! I am extremely thankful for the support team, insurance team, customer service team and everyone at TMobile business!! I am proud to have my company RozBodyFit LLC do business with you!


App is atrocious

Cannot even place a simple order on T without having to call the main number. Listening for 22 mins of loud speaking person and garbled music I end up reaching a whisperer Lisa in India who overspeaks everything said. Redialed again and waited on hold another 16 mins to get Ariel who gave me the wrong data plan choices and obligated me to call yet again someone else. Super fun to wait on hold another 20 mins and listen to someone gush apologies but still be clueless about the basics of looking up an order. Demanded I provide the order number and wanted me to check my email while on the phone because she didn’this app want to waste time looking it up herself!! Because I didn’this app place the order on line I was unable to get the free shipping. That was not helpful. App itself is garbage. It repeatedly links to ancient data or completely incorrect data. Looked on app for my order placed today. Clicked for more details and it brought me to an old order from May 14- 3 months ago. Woman said she’d open a ticket and I just laughed. Deleted T permanently and now will gladly go to ANY other vendor because TMobile doesn’this app need my business.


New to T-mobile

I went to my pay my bill on T . It asked “the name as it appears “ good
Then it asked for the” cc number “, I put it in. T doesn’this app allow for spaces in between sets of 4 numbers, however it requires it. Therefore, every time I entered my cc # it would ask me over and over for a “valid” cc. It is valid!!!! It is a Visa! I tried several times. I tried submitting it with the rest of the info in tact including the cc #, it just asked again for a valid cc #. I tried to message support, but after waiting 18 minutes to connect, I went to my desktop, signed in to this app-mobile on that and was able to space my numbers on that. Please fix T . When it asks for the name, the keyboard does allow for spacing, however on the cc # info the keyboard does not. Therefore, I was unable to pay using T . Thanks. Hopefully, they can fix the problem with an update. My phone is only 2 weeks old and has the correct software. Thanks again


Excellent customer service at T Mobile store

Cannot say enough about the excellent service provided to me by Ken and Joseph at the 4636 East Colonial store this past week in Orlando. They both were terrific examples of perfect representatives for this app Mobile. They were friendly yet professional, patient but efficient, helpful but not pushy. Plus they both made me feel as if they cared about my business and then proved it by setting up my military discount, processing my phone rebate, setting up all 3 phones and even setting up the new Iphone when the Apple rep who sold it to me at the Apple store was unable to!! All with a smile! I have met with or spoke to numerous representatives of ATT, Cricket, Sprint, andMobile One during this process of selecting a new cell provider, and None would have prompted me to take this time to recognize their efforts. Please thank Joseph and Ken for me and take notice of these two valuable employees of this app Mobile. Thanks guys. A very happy and satisfied customer. Roy Knight


Improved version better than before

It has improved much better than the previous version that they actually rewrote T instead of a patchy web-converted version. It also integrated well with iMessage for Chat instead of using the browser chat. It makes the user experience much better. The customer representatives are much better than most other companies in answering the questions with the right answer. They really treat the loyal customers well by offering deals for added features in the plan. It’s a good company to stay with. I think the web team should work on improving the self-help FAQ to provide a link to solve the problem in addition to the answer explain the question, it should provide a link for the next step to solve the problem, such as when the data rate has been exceeded, it would help to provide an option to the link to change plans to increase the data rate.


T-Mobile did not give up!!!!

I hav had problems with my phone for about a month and I am in the Philippines. I had a galaxy 6 edge which I used for about 3-4 years, the screen got crack so I submitted a insurance claim, while visiting family in Tennessee I decided it was not one for a new phone. I purchased a i phone8s. The day I was returning to the Philippines I was in such a hurry I forgot that phone. My friend shipped it to me but for some reason it would not make calls. I was on the phone with it’s this app-Mobile for hours, they giving me moral support plus trying to help set phone back up, finally on Saturday night an iPhone expert walked me thru set up procedures. She needed to asked for additional so we parted ways, I had the idea swap the sim from the old insurance claim phone that still worked into the iphone. It worked the IPHONE was able to make calls. I called customer service immediately to share the good news and they were just as happy as I was!


Sprint to Tmobile

Disappointment. I went to the this app Mobile store to get a new SIM card to move my account from Sprint to this app Mobile. I spent a long time at the store with a young man named Andrew. He thought of everything did all the steps for me saw I had insurance coverage through Sprint so he had move move the coverage from the Sprint system to TMobile. The problem is T. tells me I am a Sprint customer and keeps switching me to Sprint. So I can not use T even tho I am their customer. I hate hate hate calling customer service on the phone they disconnect me and do not call me back after I waited35 minutes etc. the stories go on. My issue is when I had Sprint they were no issues. I made no customer service calls. But since Sprint was acquired by TMobile. Lots of customer service calls. Unable to get calls to go through. Dropped calls. People can not hear me. They say I sound like I am talk on a tin can with a piece of string. I do not know how that is possible I am sitting the the same chair in my house not moving. No prior issues. But , since I am on TMobile 5G my service is no longer the service I bragged about. 😪😪


Don’t get into a bind with your bill

We all know things happen beyond your control, I have been with this app mobile for Almost 5 years, I had a situation where my Mom died and she let her insurance lapse,so I took my bill money and bury my Mom, than on top of that someone hack my cking account and I had to shut down my bank account after 21 years of the same account, I called them and told them what happen and could I get a week to pay the bill in full was told they could give me 48 hours after the due date, I give them 400 a month for services and just recently has been going thru, never been late until the last 3 months and this the thanks I get for 5 years of services now was told they will be shutting off my service after 48 hours of the due date, so now I will be taking my business somewhere else, talking about kicking you when you already down, I bet no one will see this review, and I have never written a review but this one I had too, my heart is really heavy, thanks this app mobile, never had my service cut off in my whole life, but always a first, just like my bank account situation


App useless, requires calling 611 to make changes to account

The this app-Mobile app, and website are completely useless, there are no drop-down menus, or no progress bars, and you’re left clicking or touching things and you have no idea if you have to wait or is anything is loading. On top of that, their app, and website does not allow you to make any account changes, like removing any devices from your account, it only allows you to make purchases or ADD services, not take away services, which is EXTREMELY SHADY.

So, my wife and I decided to go to one of the this app-Mobile stores, and again, you’re not allowed to make any subtractions to your account, only purchases or additions. SHADY! this app-Mobile employees, Are EXTREMELY helpful and sweet. But they have no power to do anything to help you.

So, you MUST, I repeat, you MUST call this app-Mobile directly to make any changes to your account, did I mention, SHADY?! this app-Mobile USE TO BE a great company, but since this new CEO took over, they have some crappy rules. this app-Mobile is SUPPOSED to be a TECHNOLOGY COMPANY. Yet, their technology and in this case customer service very much falls short. Goodbye this app-Mobile.


Great New Phone Upgrade

Marty at the York Commons location was very nice, professional & helpful when I came to TMobile on 9/28 to upgrade my 7plus to a XS Max. I was walking in & he smiled and greeted me. I told him I was interested in upgrading to the XS Max because I really didn’this app like how the new 11 Pro looked. He didn’this app try to convince me to buy the 11 like some phone companies try to do when a newer version of a phone comes out.. I had a lot of questions and he answered all of them & even showed me the cool new features on the new phone that I was upgrading too. The store closed at 8 & I was there a little after 8 but he never complained about staying after to help me set up my new phone. Long story short, I left the store very happy with the customer service that was provided & even was given one of his business cards. I will definitely be back to this location. Also, the other 2 employees that were there that night were nice as well.


The worst I’ve ever had in 3 countries!

this app-mobile has the worst signal I’ve ever had in my entire life! I had faster internet in 2005 in Turkey! This is the USA, this is 2019 we’re speaking about! Obviously, they are not #1 in California!
I have 3 most comprehensive packages, I used one of the lines on roaming for 4 months and even when I was in Russia, the signal was way better than what I now have in San Diego,CA! And whenever I informed them about the speed problem, I was offered to buy a signal booster for $25 as if it was my bad not to have enough coverage in the city! And when you pay $240 for HD quality service but get only 2mbps download and 0.7mbps upload speed, they still charge you the full sum. I do not recommend it to anyone living in California. In the East Coast it was okish but they never gave me the full internet speed since my device was not a this app-Mobile device. I was even informed by every single office I visited that I would not get the full speed unless I purchased a device from this app-mobile. All they want is your money and more of your money. Finally transferring to Verizon with 90mbps with no condition to buy a device from them to keep the speed!
I don’this app even mention the time you have to spend on the phone while waiting to connect someone (literally the earliest I could connect someone was 17 minutes where I was told to hold on the line for approximately 5 minutes), or being misinformed and seen as money source by their office employees.


Top notch in all facets EXCEPT coverage.

I have only been a this app-Mobile customer for a few months and in that short time l feel that they for the most part have been top notch in most areas that you would expect. Price, products & services provided, even the few times that l needed to call “customer service”, issues were handled in an efficient, professional & courteous manner. My only two real complaints were that I wish l could get the so called free Netflix service with the 55+ plan, (which is what I was told by multiple sales clerks including a couple of customer service reps. that l talked to on the phone was definitely included. It is not. It seems that very few people at this app-Mobile seem to know this.) My only other complaint, and it’s a big one, is that coverage can be somewhat spotty. It is extremely frustrating to not be able to download digital coupons at some local grocery stores & restaurants, or make and/or receive phone calls at these same places. In the 10+ years that l was a Verizon customer l never once had an issue with phone service, either locally or anywhere l traveled throughout the U.S. including both coasts. If this app-Mobile keeps growing & expanding their service coverage as promised, l will probably stay with them, but they had better hurry.


Never changing providers!

I’ve been with Tmobile for close nearly 15 years and throughout those years with work I’ve had to elect to either change providers or carry two cell phones. I have always chosen to have the two phones in order to weigh out the differences and Tmobile has always come up on top. First off, I travel a ton. Tmobile provides the BEST global service that no other carrier is even close to offering. I always tell my friends who travel that they should switch to Tmobile if they’re worried about overhead costs when they travel for a long period of time. In addition, if you’re in any sort of financial struggle (which I can admit to🙋🏻‍♀️) they offer payment plans when your bill is due which is such a helpful tool to help lighten any financial stress that you may have. Lastly.. although I’ve noticed that the strength of signal may fluctuate in certain cities that I’ve lived in (ie. San Francisco- signal is stronger than Verizon and AT&this app vs Miami signal is rather spotty vs the others), the customer service is always 100% on point. Throughout all of these years as a devoted customer, I will continue to promote Tmobile to my friends and family solely based on my experience.


Fed up with “System Errors”

I have been a customer of Tmobile for 10 years and I can say that this network is running itself to the ground. In the past two years, I have had to call in to Tmobile MULTIPLE amount of times, wasted so much of my valuable time sorting out issues with constant bill changes. Every time, the representatives would apologize for the “system errors”... My bill amounts were constantly fluctuating. My most recent and last call with Tmobile, the representative told me that all the previous representatives were giving me false information and that my “promotions” have expired. First off, I never knew I had any kind of promotions goin on and that the contract I signed on for was the amount I agreed on. My bill went up $40 more than my regular bill without any warning or heads up!! In all this time, no emails or Tmobile texts notifying me of plan changes. Tmobile get your stuff together and get your communication together. I am no longer a customer with Tmobile because I am fed up with the random fees, bill changes and miscommunication on their part. Every single representative, you have to repeat yourself all over again. They say they take notes in their system, but those notes are never clear to understand for the next representative because they always end up telling me something different. Tmobile..... you’re a huge disappointment and don’this app live up to your advertisements.


Good phone service

I love Tmobile , but when you have problems with your phone and go to the apple store 10 times in the course of a year and a half due to phone system failure and not working properly with a medical hearing device a BAHA 5 it gets very frustrating and just makes us wanna just say the heck with it why bother even having a phone ! The hearing impaired and deaf get cheated every time . Sad too . Now I just keep what have and cross fingers hoping it will work some day . So just using it mostly for texting and when it does work I can call or talk on it some days . There should be a special program for the hearing impaired and deaf community . So far no cell company has anything for us 😔. Last visit to apple is we don’this app know who to fix it other then to tell you to upgrade your phone or upgrade your hearing device . Well hearing device is upgraded at a cost of 5,000 4 yrs ago just paid it off . Can’this app afford to upgrade the phone with such huge down payments and large monthly payments . Sure wished a cell company thought as much about the hearing impaired and deaf as much as they do about the hearing folks .


Glad we switched but didn’t get what we where originally promised

Well I enjoy this app-Mobile but I have to say the first day we came in we where so mad with att horrible service and being priced so high so we went and talked to these guys who told us we could buy 1 phone get 1 free and they would pay off our att phones and our price would be $60 cheaper than we where paying . Next day we come in talk to the Manager to get set up everything has changed we where misquoted and didn’this app meet certain qualifications on turning in our old phones ( never told that before ) and the bill went way up because we now have to pay full price for the new phones so I am happy we left att but now we are paying more than we did with them and the internet speed and connection is way worse if I’m not using my home wifi or work wifi most things take a long long time to load. All in all we felt like we got played by used car salesman with the whole bait and switch method but we got put in a tough spot and had no choice . We spent over a decade with att paying over $200 a month and we will do the same for this app-Mobile if they show they are better than them but currently we are not very impressed Staff is nice but prices and deals currently do not seem to be in our favor.


I absolutely love T-mobile!

I love autonomy & T let's me do most things without needing to talk with a CSR. If I do need one, I can make a call directly from T (or have someone call me back). Their customer service has improved greatly over the years which has caused me to stay with them (and this says a lot coming from a non-loyalist like moi). Fun fact: when I switched back to this app-mobile in May 2017, their sales rep told me that I qualified for the carrier switch. When I tried to use the credit, I was told that I can'this app because I used it already and it's a once in a lifetime offer. A supervisor listened to the initial sales rep recording and credited my account $250 for the mistake. I was worried that my switch was a mistake at that point but overall I'm glad that I stuck with them. Another great point is that I never have a dropped call anymore and my internet is fast...sometimes more preferable to my regularly disconnecting Spectrum internet. Plus, I now have my mom on a this app-mobile plan and, although she's still getting used to having unlimited internet, she loves it and is very happy that she switched from us cellular.


Best store best guys on the planet

I wander into the Edison store on route one and a bad day trying to run away from an abusive relationship what I end up with is an experience with stand up and then in a standup place two phones a speaker hooked up I’m just I’m just can’this app even I’m choked up you know these guys were instrumental in creating me my sound that is as I’m a musician but I didn’this app really know it so when you know it and you don’this app you need something to pull you back and you need a base you need stability you need people you can trust and I’m telling you these guys are the real deal starting with Juaneill right on down the line Johnny man I mean you really just can’this app go wrong. Page I mean I don’this app know what can I say you were the first one you were like yeah you could work here then I get sick I some stomach issues were in the hospital and then I came back I mean I’m trying to get roots in a place where I’m all alone and so now I don’this app feel alone and the truth is this is a very long review I could write a song about it I’m just very grateful much love Denise Montaruli


Took a chance

I switched from Sprint so I called and did it over the phone. Got the sim in the mail with little instructions. The rep didn’this app ask if I wanted my number ported or insurance on my phone. Biggest issue was explaining the process and what to expect was anemic. When it came time to port the number I had to get sprint and this app on the phone. The process was full of missinformation and dropping the ball on both carriers part. The this app rep heard me pay off my phone with sprint but didn’this app offer insurance and I admittedly didn’this app think about it. 3 weeks later my phone was stolen. She also heard that the bill had to be paid off (which wasn’this app true accord to the sprint store) but she still told me it would take 24 hrs to port the number despite knowing my sprint bill wasn’this app paid off. I was without service for 5 days that turned into almost two weeks somehow. You have to repeat intentions, don’this app assume anything, expect to be given inaccurate and incomplete information so you can get get the change to happen. There were lots of other issues but that the majority that will color your experience of changing carriers.


My t-mobile experience

A few days ago I had the pleasure of speaking with an operator named (JAY)@this app-Mobile in Birmingham Al Office, she really went above and far beyond her job duties for you guys she was extremely helpful polite, very cordial,attentive, she kept me engaged in the conversation speaks very well seeing if all my needs were met, and satisfied just all around Beautiful experience for the first time calling getting someone like her, I just loved speaking with her and usually I’m transferred 3-4x before I’m helped but she stuck right with me thank you Jay and if your wondering We are NOT RELATED and trying to make her look good for her Bosses she is as Genuinely Lovely on the phone, I can tell from our conversation and I hope that you read this at the next meeting as her wonderful warm smile lights up the room, I could tell through the phone but that being said I didn’this app get a call to do a phone Survey, on her so I’m hoping this will suffice. If I could only get a signal

I would give a full five star rating to this app-Mobile because most of their services are great but one big problem. When I am at my shop/house I cannot receive signal and they cannot seem to fix that for me I have to rely on my Wi-Fi in order to give me a phone signal at my home/shop. With today’s technology you would think that someone from their engineer department would fix this problem due to the fact that I have complained about it numerous times but no one has been able to successfully fix the problem. So I suppose for now I will have to continue to use it on Wi-Fi which I have to pay for every month so that I can have phone service at my place. They also tell me I am right between three cellular towers but I just can’this app seem to zero in on the signal to give me a good phone signal at my place. So I am just stuck with Wi-Fi. Maybe just might get to the right place at this app-Mobile and someone will care about it and see if they can actually repair and fix the problem sometimes it takes no will to get a little oil in order to get something done maybe just might reach the person at the top. Outside of that this app-Mobile is a wonderful company.


Frustrated... 📞

I used to be a this app-Mobile addict but I’m getting little frustrated with the service, or rather lack of..
I travel for a living and spend many days on the road. The international coverage is nice BUT more often than not it’s at dial-up speed. 😤 All that’s missing is the fax machine sound dial-up modems used to make. 📠 It’s quite embarrassing actually.. I have iPhone 6S with the latest iOS and network settings. this app-Mobile shouldn’this app advertise “international coverage” but rather - “international dial-up-speed when-you’re-not-in-a-hurry coverage”. Not 3G, not 2G not even Edge. 28kb dial-up speed is more accurate.
Hong Kong, Frankfurt, Dubai, Bahrain, New Delhi, Shanghai, Berlin... yeah, basically the same. Yes, the phone calls work great and are of great quality. Online access? Not so much...
Domestically half of my this app-Mobile WiFi calls drop? Not sure why, showing a strong signal, both WiFi and phone signal, it connect, then it drops. I feel like this app-Mobile is so big on having great deals for new customers that they’re forgetting the current customers. Basically they seem to be focusing on quantity versus quality. I hope I’m wrong. Haven’this app given up on this app-Mobile yet but sadly it ain’this app what it used to be... 😔


Very disappointed after 2 years of T-Mobile service

You have made it complicated and frustratingly difficult for me to upgrade and get a new iPhone. I paid a monthly fee for the upgrade program just to find out I was being manipulated out of that money. At this point I still have an iPhone 8 from almost 2 years ago and the value of that phone has gone down considerably which makes it much more costly for me to get a reasonable trade-in credit. I have gone to three different this app-mobile stores and I am told three different ways to handle my discrepancies during which the value of my phone has gone down considerably. I was told I could use the trade in valued at $500 as my payment towards the new iPhone, the next store told me I would only receive $350 and it would only be used on the credited portion of the bill and I would have to pay the other half up front which was roughly $500, i forget the exact dollar amount, but most people do not have $500 to put down on a new phone. And I certainly don’this app. At this point I believe it’s in my best interest to transfer my wireless service to a different provider, the other large providers have offered some outstanding switch over deals with considerably lower monthly payments.


Annoying Service

Service is good but it could do a lot better. Friday when I was in the hospital in a waiting area, everyone that was sitting around me had service except me and that mad very upset. When I asked everyone around me who was their carrier, they all said Verizon. I have been a very loyal customer to Tmobile and I feel like they should feel the same way I do and treat their customers like loyal customers because we spend our hard earned money with you to have top notch service without any delays or no service at all at some times. This is unacceptable. If Verizon can provide excellent service to their customers then I know Tmobile can do the same. You need to listen very carefully and take our complaints very serious because if you take to long to provide the excellent kind of service that we all want and expect from you, it might be too late, and Verizon will be the one taking all of your gambling chips off the table. Treat your customers with respect and loyalty and they will not abandon you, because we are loyal to you right now, but not for long if we keep receiving bad service. We will abandon ship quick.
