I was happy when I saw that Ceadar’s had an online app for appointments. I was easily able to register, set up the account, fill out the questions, and set up an appointment. However, when it was time for my appointment, I clicked on the appointment and it only allowed me to cancel or reschedule, with no option to join the appointment. There was no join link showing on my iPhone. Then I got a text saying the appointment ended. When I logged on my iPad, I was able to see a join link that never showed on my iPhone. So I wasted my time and probably the doctor’s time in hopes of getting an appointment that never occurred. CedarsSinaiConnect might be good once some of these bugs are fixed. I also could not see the ‘send’ button when trying to send a chat on my iPhone, but ‘send’ showed on my iPad. On my iPhone it was covered with the keyboard and I couldn’t hide the keyboard after typing the message.
I’m surprised that Cedars has these issues knowing how good their services normally are. I have set up another appointment and I’m going to use my iPad this time, and I hope things turn out better.
