So far I am stuck in an endless loop of email verification requests. Can’t actually create an account. I have emailed customer support. Also it would be nice if they could just tell you upfront if Medicare is acceptable.

Cannot get past verify email. Stuck in a loop. Ridiculous that CedarsSinaiConnect was released.

I could not register my insurance because it wasn’t listed in the insurance drop-down list. I tried many times to find a way to register, to no avail. After trying for 11 hours I finally found a way to continue without insurance. I was able to have a video call within minutes of scheduling an immediate call. The doctor told me to go straight to the ED. It is too bad I had to wait 11 hours to know how serious my condition is. CedarsSinaiConnect may have caused serious health consequences because I wasn’t able to seek treatment earlier. Please get it fixed and train Customer Service how to use it. They made many mistakes when talking to me:

I’m getting email verification and then a login button that takes you back to the same login button page. Can’t get any further.

Every time i try to setup an appointment, CedarsSinaiConnect keeps asking me the same questions, even though i responded to them a couple of days ago. I have to provide insurance and ID each time, and answer to 20+ questions just to be able to make a followup appointment.

No one responds to CedarsSinaiConnect. Its says a few minutes but its over an hour of wait. I dont know if this is a legit cedar sinai app. They get all of your information and no reponse after that. Someone has not gotten to me with a response.

Wish I could give negative stars. Appointment notification didn’t work. Pharmacy never got prescription. Lab never got lab order. The care team would reply 24 hrs later and not answer question. When I wrote to say pharmacy didn’t have script, the care team wrote a day later to suggest that I call pharmacy to see if they had it. Cedars Mycslink video visits were great. CedarsSinaiConnect was a nightmare start to finish. I’d rather sit at urgent care than try this again.

CedarsSinaiConnect will not allow me to log in or create a new account.
I already have a cs-link account. If I use the same account email address and phone number as cs-link, CedarsSinaiConnect tells me that the phone number is already in use.
Really like cs-link but this doesn’t live up to Cedar’s level of quality.

I’ve use CedarsSinaiConnect twice with mixed results. The first time was a total bust and wasted several hours of my time. The second time was fantastic. I was able to meet with a physician within an hour, have labs, ordered, and a prescription submitted. It was pretty flawless. I think the, main issue with CedarsSinaiConnect is that it doesn’t support a good workflow if you miss the appointment with the physician. The notification for when the physician is going to join the chat is weak at best. Hopefully they can fix some of these glitches because it really helps speed things along.

The first time I used CedarsSinaiConnect , I was left on hold for over 2 hours despite being told the entire process should take 45 minutes. The second time, I was told 15 minutes and was left on hold for almost 2 hours again.

Kept getting stuck in creating an account. I would click the button in the email on my phone and it would open a webpage. Then the webpage would just reload continuously and never let me log on. I like the idea, hopefully the glitches get worked out.

Very impressed at the quality of this CedarsSinaiConnect

Getting through the steps prior to talking with the doctor was cumbersome. It would be difficult if I felt very Ill. The physician experience was excellent and worth the effort on this holiday weekend when urgent care is closed.

Same issue as previous reviewer.
It's New Year's Eve (still early!), urgent care is closed, and I can't seem to get CedarsSinaiConnect to work.

I receive the verification email, click on it, open the new webpage, and then the "login" button goes now where. :/

I verified my email and it redirects me to a login page, but when I press the login button it just redirects me to the same page over and over.

I was happy when I saw that Ceadar’s had an online app for appointments. I was easily able to register, set up the account, fill out the questions, and set up an appointment. However, when it was time for my appointment, I clicked on the appointment and it only allowed me to cancel or reschedule, with no option to join the appointment. There was no join link showing on my iPhone. Then I got a text saying the appointment ended. When I logged on my iPad, I was able to see a join link that never showed on my iPhone. So I wasted my time and probably the doctor’s time in hopes of getting an appointment that never occurred. CedarsSinaiConnect might be good once some of these bugs are fixed. I also could not see the ‘send’ button when trying to send a chat on my iPhone, but ‘send’ showed on my iPad. On my iPhone it was covered with the keyboard and I couldn’t hide the keyboard after typing the message.

I’m surprised that Cedars has these issues knowing how good their services normally are. I have set up another appointment and I’m going to use my iPad this time, and I hope things turn out better.

I was hopeful that CedarsSinaiConnect would be another way to view a doctor while my PCP is booked - however CedarsSinaiConnect is not it. While I had no problem getting a same day virtual appointment with a physician, following up with the doctor as instructed by him was. During my visit my doctor asked me to follow up with him if I did not have a scheduler call me to set up an imaging appointment but the only way to contact him to let him know that I did not receive a call is through a generic chat with assistants that said that they would “relay the message.” It’s been over a week now and I have not heard back from anyone. This is extremely disappointing. The regular “CS” app has the option where you can message your physician directly and that they (or their staff) must reply back to you within 48 hours. This CS Connect app apparently does not have the same rules around basic patient turn around times. This experience is definitely turning me off to using this service and switching providers in general.

The Doctor assigned to me for the consultation was excellent and just what I needed. In addition to carefully reviewing my history he advised me of a symptom that I’ve most recently incurred and gave me insight as to what to tell my primary care doctor regarding it. Anytime that I may be in need of a tele-visit I hope to have him or better, which I doubt!

I really appreciated being able to troubleshoot my situation over video with a qualified physician. I was able to stay home and we set a plan in case I needed more help.

I’m a Cedars Sinai patient. I thought CedarsSinaiConnect was to replace MyChart since I can no longer connect to my Cedars Sinai info within MyChart. Instead each time I use it, I get run through a whole list of questions about what my current issue is. It just keeps going and going. I don’t want to problem solve, I just want to schedule ab appointment with my doctor!!! CedarsSinaiConnect was what Cedars advertised as their new helpful app but it’s so annoying. I just ended up logging into the website on my computer instead.

The Dr was amazing. Understanding, patient, kind, professional and caring. I felt heard and that I was in good hands and had a plan I was comfortable with. Thank you.

I was very impressed with the level of care I received from Cedars-Sinai Connect and amazed at how easy it was for me to sign up and secure a same/day appointment. CedarsSinaiConnect worked flawlessly. The virtual visit itself most convenient, the doctor and I started via a chat and after receiving a link on my mobile phone, we quickly switched to video call. I’m very pleased with the service and happy to know it’s available for anyone in the state of California. When there is no need to be physically present for an appointment, this is the way to go. Will highly recommend!

I was able to get treated for my cough easily and quickly! My doctor was very thoughtful and really took the time to understand all of my symptoms and medical history. I had to get a lab done and was able to do it within 2 hours at a cedars location nearby. The team then called to follow up with my results and explained them to me which I was very impressed with. Would highly recommend!!

Dr. Weiner was very patient and thorough taking all the necessary time to understand what my symptoms were and how to address them and what could be causing them and how to address that and when we couldn’t figure out a way to upload a culture he improvised by having me read it to him.
Very pleased with this visit.

The doctor I saw actually couldn’t keep his camera on and I got nothing out of the session because I had already managed to diagnose my Covid infection and he couldn’t even send me to a local lab to prove I needed care. None of the labs they offered were in the same county as me and would have required 1-2 hours of driving which is a nope with Covid. I am glad I didn’t need to be hospitalized. This was not an adequate alternative to my local doctor even though it was the weekend. Also it cost $125 for them to not actually get my lab orders sorted.

A wonderful addition to getting easy access medical care quickly. I am very happy that they added the service and the service I received.

My Dr was knowledgable and had a wonderful sense of humor making me feel better with his excellent informed knowledge … checking drug interactions and giving me precise instructions.

Lovely doctor, very informative, so convenient when you’re sick!

Developers should all be fired. Does not work properly and its overly complicated. Accounts don’t link properly. Video visits don’t start even though you’re in the waiting room. Chats get closed. No way to message your doctor directly. The list goes on. Cedars you can and should do better! Find a new developer and ditch these losers.

Dr. Koy was very kind and listen, but was not sure why I was assigned to him, he said I need to see doctor Chavez and he would take care of appointment and would send me PDF letter for work release until I was able to visit with Dr. Chavez. I have not received the PDF, hopefully it will come today.

I am enjoying the video chats with the doctors it makes it really easy with my busy schedules
