I have to say that having never used this before my confidence was waning when I was kept waiting for 2 hours and 45 mins. I understand and am very patient as far as waiting goes, however when I was told the waiting period was only to be 15 mins and here I was waiting hours later for a video response that never came, well I hopped onto oschner anywhere instead. And whilst *still* on hold to urgent care, Dr. Felicia Ward took care of me and was very kind in her handling of my situation and had some good suggestions for me as well. Absolutely will be using this again. Thank you, I’m so grateful!

I’ve done the online visits for the children quite a few times and each time has been fast, convenient, and excellent! I’ve only had 1 who would not give my child antibiotics when he really needed it, so I took him to an urgent care who said he was in desperate need and decided to dispute his diagnosis through the insurance. But other than that, everything has been fine and easy going! It saved me quite a few visits with hours wait at an office and handling a bunch of children at once not needing to be seen. Exposure of other illnesses or spreading anything eliminated with just a quick phone call!

I was diagnosed with Covid on Christmas Eve at Urgent Care. Today is the last day of medicines prescribed and I feel like I still have lots of congestion & crud. I wanted some reassurance that I didn’t need to return for more meds or to the hospital. The visit with Ms. Klainier makes me feel better in that this awful Covid has to run it’s course & to quarantine. The meds have done their job, now, the rest… I will mention, I had Covid in June/July 2020. And the vaccines in March & April 2021, no booster, yet.

It was so nice to be able to see a provider from the comfort of my office. I k ow how hard it is to schedule a same day appointment and with COVID, it’s almost impossible to get into an urgent care without waiting ALL DAY. I was able to be seen within 15 minutes of logging in and most of that time was filling out my symptoms and medical history. I will DEFINITELY be using this service again!

This is so easy to use and quick and I never had to miss work or sit with people that could expose me to illnesses I don’t want .
I love this service the doctor was so professional and called in a script to my pharmacy in no time.
I will use this for my small minor medical needs whenever they present. Saved gas, time and got what I needed . Thanks so much for this service!

I downloaded OchsnerConnectedAnywhere , created an account, and went to find get connected with a provider. There was only one provider at around 10:30am on a Saturday. So I clicked to be next in line for her. After waiting for a while, she declines because her shift over at like 11am. Then, there are no available providers online. I exit OchsnerConnectedAnywhere and get try again a few minutes later. Now there are a lot of drs. So I click “next available” This Dr had no patients waiting before me, but somehow I sat and waited an hour before canceling. Yeah so an hour and a half later, and I never talked to a Dr

This is a great service! I logged in and videochatted with a doctor who very thoroughly and kindly handled my issue and called in the prescription I needed. I had already scheduled an appointment with my regular doctor just in case, but I’m now canceling it! The total cost for the chat is far less than what I would have paid for the office visit even after insurance.

Once going through the aggravating process of getting OchsnerConnectedAnywhere set up, the actual visit with the health care professional was a pleasant first time experience; Ms. Sullivan was warm, pleasant, knowledgeable, professional, efficient and most helpful. I will use this service again.

Quick. Easy. As a mom of two sick babies I needed care quick and at home while they took a nap. Ms. Brewer was professional and to the point making my visit quick. Painless and easy. This was my first ever virtual visit and I highly recommend!

My insurance provider’s copay is $50 per visit, my GP’s wait time is around two hours, and my employer requires a doctors note almost any time I am out for health issues. Having quick and affordable access to a healthcare provider is an honest lifesaver. This is a game changer.

OchsnerConnectedAnywhere made it SAFE, easy, and quick to see a practitioner. Was hesitant about going to my doctor or urgent care center for a non emergency visit due to the risks of contracting covid. OchsnerConnectedAnywhere allowed me to see a doctor in the comfort and safety of my home. Highly recommend.

This was a God send! We’re already evacuated from Hurricane Ida so looking for or trying to find an urgent care at this is unthinkable. We were able to complete this visit in the comfort of our hotel room

My one issue had nothing to do with her. There were multiple times I logged on in the past 48 hrs in need of a pediatric provider, but there were no pediatric providers logged on, and the family provider denied seeing us.

This was my first experience with this just because it’s early and I’m ready to feel better nothing else open. I will definitely be using this virtual urgent care again. Thanks Dr Leslie for a smoothe first experience!

Although I was reluctant and hesitant and somewhat put off having to make this telehealth appointment via OchsnerConnectedAnywhere, I am surprisingly pleased. It was much easier than I thought. Dr. Olymuyiwa Gisanrin was kind and thorough. God bless him and this service.

I actually like OchsnerConnectedAnywhere. The waits a little long, but it’s not out of the ordinary, it’s just like any other waiting area. The visit was quick and I feel thorough. I had good news to say I’m feeling a bit under the weather...

Dr. Patel was on point in asking the right questions, diagnosing the issue, and prescribing accordingly. All the while he was extremely kind-natured. I would recommend him & this telehealth service all day.

Doesn’t seem to give the dr all the information on MyChart/my Oschner. Seems like they should interact with each other. I had to input all my med info, payment info, etc. Was a time waster to that extent and concerning that I might not be as accurate as my years of records in MyChart.

Being very uncomfortable and it being late at night this was such a blessing. Uti’s sometimes get uncomfortable and can’t wait until morning!

I was feeling really sick and I don’t have anyone to watch my my child who have low spectrum autism fortunately in minutes I was able to get the help I needed thanks to anywhere care

I was in a lot of pain in the middle of the night. Looking for an urgent care I could go to in the morning. Found Ochsner virtual doctor. This service is fantastic. I feel like I might get some relief and be able to sleep tonight.

This was my first experience with this technology and I love it! It took away all of my stress. It was like a home visit!the convenience of being seen virtually on New Years Day was worth it’s weight in gold!

App use was easy and worked great. Linked to anywhere care health kit and doctor received the video information we sent of ears, throat, etc. wow
